Maple Thyme Glazed Quail, bacon, corn pecan stuffing, apple braised cabbage, bourbon aged bliss maple syrup paired w/ Terrapin Big Hoppy Monster
Third Course
Cocoa Braised natural Bison Shortribs, green grocer farms sweet potato mousaline, coffee cocoa braising reduction, cippolini onion tart cherry compote paired w/ Terra-rye’Zd “Midnight Project” Black Lager
Fourth Course
Goat Cheese Panna Cotta, cracked pepper gastrique, pistachio nougat, bee pollen orange dust paired w/ Terrapin Sun Ray American Wheat

UPDATE: The price of the dinner has dropped from $55 to $45/seat + tax and gratuity. Also, Dustin Watts, VP Sales and Marketing at Terrapin Brewing will be speaking.

Smuttynose Brewing Co. of New Hampshire will begin distribution in South Carolina. According to the Carolina Craft Distributing website, it looks like we’ll be getting Shoals Pale Ale, Smuttynose IPA, Old Brown Dog, Robust Porter & Portsmouth Lager.

Barley’s Taproom in Greenville, SC will be celebrating the release on Oct. 1st.

The 3rd Annual Greer Oktoberfest will be held on Saturday, October 4th. Beer, food, music & local artists. For more information, check out their webpage:

Thomas Creek Brewery has recently redesigned their logo, brand names and all packaging. The new six-packs are already hitting shelves. With this redesign, and the recent addition of a larger bottling line, Thomas Creek is also now bottling their “Class Five IPA” and “Pumphouse Porter. “
