You are correct. Raval has Victory Hop Devil on draft. Some of the bartenders have been mistakenly calling it Victory Amber, but it is indeed the HopDevil.
DD Peckers has victory Golden Monkey and Allagah White on Draft.
Home Team BBQ in West Ashley has a fairly progressive beer selection.
A great local beer and wine shop, Bull St. Gourmet is actively increasing the HG beer set and has Great Divide Yeti and Golden Monkey.
Cordavi has Victory on draft as well.

*** Why does nobody in this town carry North Coast Brewing’s Old Number 38 Stout?!?!?!?!!?
EarthFare used to, but they dropped it and despite requests, will not restock.
Total Beer & Wine used to, but not any more.
Old Plowshare is the same beer, different label, but the Mount Pleasant Whole Foods rarely if ever has it.
*** Why do no distributors here carry DogfishHead Beers? Their 60-minute IPA is TOPS!
All this being said – here is some more info on good beers and where to find:
The Piggly Wiggly Stores at:
1. (Sam Rittenburg & Hwy 171) West Ashley
2. (Main Road and Maybank Hwy) Johns Island
have Flying Dog’s Imperial Porter (with the great Ralph Steadman / Hunter S. Thompson artwork).
SeeWee Outpost in Awendaw also has FDIP.
The James Island Piggly Wiggly has Mad Hatter from New Holland Brewery and some other good ones that come and go a bit.
Earthfare has Poet Stout from New Holland and usually Mad Hatter as well.
