From the lobbyist:
For this particular bill, we need to get second and third reading on the Senate floor. Could happen as early as today and tomorrow – may take longer. I need to see if there are any issues that need to be worked out. Then it will go to the House for concurrence/non-concurrence. If they concur then on to Governor.
Exact path depend on action that is taken at each step. No way to know exactly – could be any number of variables that would make options too many to describe. I’ll let you know who we need to contact and when. It is important to contact legislators. But is it necessary that the contact be made at the appropriate time. For the next few days please send emails to House Judiciary Committee (list provided a few days ago). I should know today if there are any Senators we need to contact.

So what are the differences between H3624 and H3218?

Both move to allow beers to be 14% maximum, but 3218 has some jargon about distributors? It looks as though the 3218 will make it through as well.
What does this mean for the state of the bills, and for consumers?
Thanks much for your work on this!

Yes, that is the 3218 Senate bill link, it worked on my side, give it a try again. The difference between them: 3624 was one initiated by PTCSC and is currently in the House waiting to go in front of the full Judiciary committee. 3218 is a bill dealing with something between wholsalers and importers (or something along those lines- I honestly can’t understand the bill). The alcohol part was added later in the process by the lobbyist. But in the end they address the same thing.

Link on the story still doesn’t work for me but doesn’t really matter now that I know which bill it is. Thanks so much for your hard work on getting a bill introduced! I Really hope one of the bills will pass.
